Deoxidant
for nuts utilize formula specially designed for nut fruits. It uses high purity
iron powder to ensure strong oxygen removal capability, and silica gel carrier
to lower moisture additive amount. It removes oxygen in the packaging as well
as oxygen in nuts themselves to eliminate high acid rate and peroxide value due
to food oxidation, thus extending nuts’ shelf- life. This type of deoxidant is
applicable in nuts such as cashew nut, walnut, almond, etc. as well as mixture
of nuts & dried fruits (raisin, dried cranberry, and more.)
