间歇式热风循环烘干机是我厂专为香瓜子（焦糖）、花生、树坚果等需要较长烘干时间的坚果而设计的。该烘干机为间歇式烘干，采用热风循环双层翻板式结构，独特的推拉式热风循环利用系统，具有高效节能，不受环境因素影响、干燥快、脱水均匀、烘干时间及温度可控范围大、潮气集中排放、有效改善工作环境的优点。

Intermittent hot air circulation dryer is made for the nuts and salted sunflower seeds peanuts which need drying for a long time. The dryer is intermittent drying, adopts hot air circulation double-layer flap structure, unique push-pull hot air circulation utilization system, and has high efficiency and energy saving (the energy consumption is reduced, and the drying time is shorter. Influence of environmental factors), fast drying, uniform dehydration, large drying time and temperature controllable range, concentrated moisture emission, and effective improvement of working environment.

主要特点Main Features

1、热风循环利用，将烘干过程中产生的约50℃-80℃的热空气进行再次加热干燥，循环利用，热风加热到110℃只需要加热30℃-60℃，温升差小，因此能耗更低，并且不受环境因素影响；

2、有效改善工作环境，箱体封闭。湿潮空气有独立的排潮系统排向室外，因此有效改善工作环境。

c. 热 媒heat medium：导热油、天然气、蒸汽、热风(炉) thermal oil, natural gas,steam, , hot air stoves

d. 干燥温度temperature of drying：              40℃～220℃

烘干时间、温度由客户根据不同的工艺，品种自行设定，调整。

The drying time and temperature could be set and adjusted by the customer according to different processes and varieties.

适用范围：葵花籽、西瓜子、花生、南瓜子、核桃、扁桃仁、碧根果、夏威夷果等不同物料的干燥。
