概 述

     热风双循环带式干燥机,是我厂根据坚果的干燥生产工艺特点而设计的。

Hot air double circulation belt dryer is designed by our factory according to the characteristics of the drying production process of nuts.

     采用单层孔板式独立加热结构，双侧双向吹入循环热风，有效解决物料脱水速率不同的缺点。每个循环单元可独立设定烘干温度，以满足物料在干燥脱水工艺中所需的不同温度的需求。

     Using single-layer orifice-type independent heating structure, and the circulating hot air is blown into both sides and two directions, which effectively solves the shortcomings of different dehydration rates of materials. Each circulation unit can independently set the drying temperature to meet the different temperature requirements of the materials in the drying and dewatering process.

2017年研发成功多功能带式干燥机，根据烘干物料的要求的不同，可进行动态和静态烘干模式任意转换，适用于多种物料的烘干。

主要特点Main Features

  1、气流分布更加合理，成品物料脱水更均匀，确保产品高品质。采用双侧、双向进风，热风从四个方向吹向物料，达到物料烘干后含水率均匀的目的；脱水均匀度更好；

  The air stream is well-distributed, making the dehydration more even and ensuring high quality. 

 

  2、分区控温，每个循环单元可独立设定烘干温度。以满足物料在干燥工艺中的不同温度的需求，并可任意切换每个循环单元烘干、烤制、冷却的功能；

   Separate temperature control,The temperature of each unit can be set independently.

 

  3、调控简便，温度整定迅速。根据烘干物料具体情况随时对温度及循环风量进行调整；

    Convenient operation, the temperature setting rapid.

  4、温度和烘干时间可调范围大。由多个循环单元组成，根据不同物料的干燥工艺，一机多用，能满足不同烘干时间、温度的需求。一台设备即可用于烘干瓜子花生又可用于核桃、碧根果、夏威夷果、开心果等树坚果的烘干。

       葵花籽、西瓜子、花生、南瓜子、核桃、巴旦木、夏威夷果、碧根果、开心果、核桃仁、巴旦木仁、腰果仁、开心果仁等坚果、食品、粮食、油料、薯片等不同物料的干燥。
